Council apologises after entire car park given fines by mistake

A council has apologised after all the vehicles in a car park were ticketed by mistake.

Drivers who parked at Railway Place and Duke Street car parks in High Wycombe this week will have the tickets cancelled, Buckinghamshire Council has confirmed.
