Cotton Showing Tuesday AM Gains

Cotton White House Oil US Dollar

Cotton prices are up 20 to 24 points on Tuesday morning. Futures saw slight strength on Monday, with contracts up 1 to 19 points at the close. Crude oil was up $1.74 per barrel on the session, with the US dollar index $0.142 higher.

Late on Monday, the White House announced a Harvest Fuel Relief Program, providing producers with $8 billion in assistance due to high fuel prices.
