Can I get free shipping at Cotton On?
Yes, absolutely. Cotton On has free standard shipping for all orders more than £40. If your order is less, this will cost £4. Your purchase should arrive within 4-5 working days, when you order by 2 pm.
How to get 20% off first orders at Cotton On?
Sign up for Cotton On’s loyalty programme for 20% off your first online purchase. The loyalty programme is called Cotton On Perks and you’ll need to provide both an email address, name, and phone number. Your code should then be sent immediately.
Does Cotton On have a student discount?
Yes. Students can get 20% off online at Cotton On with a UNiDAYs account. You’ll need to log into your UNiDAYS account to confirm you’re a student, then you’ll be able to see your unique code. It’s worth noting you cannot use student discounts on sale or personalisation items.
Are there free returns at Cotton On?
Yes, Cotton On has free returns and does not state a time frame. If you’ve changed your mind, simply return your item via post as soon as possible. We’ve already mentioned the 20% off discount code for signing up, but you’ll also be able to earn points on purchases. Every £1 spend = 1 point and when you have 50, you’ll get a £5 off voucher. Sale savings: Shop the sale page for up to 50% off on selected items. You can shop this page all year, with new items being added regularly. Whether you’re looking for casual athleisure or office basics, the sale has plenty of popular items. We’d generally recommend shopping at the end of each season for some of the strongest discounts.
Multi-buy discounts: If you’re shopping for must-have tees, Cotton On has an excellent ‘2 for £20’ offer. You can choose from striped 90s baby tees and halter necks, to basic white tees or camis. Occasionally, some items will also be in a ‘3 for £30’ promotion, so it’s worth checking this too.
Gifts under £30: Save on your next purchase for a loved one with the Cotton On gifts page. Simply click the ‘Gifts’, to see the ‘Gifts under £30’ page. While these are usually smaller items, each has the same high quality. We’ve previously seen items such as a teddy bear bag charm, suede shoes, adorable socks or oval sunglasses.
