But if you have a sweet-tooth (because who doesn't every now and again?) you are in luck.
According to one shopper, a Rocky Road Pizza Cookie is on sale for just £6.99 in Costco — and, as we all know, things can sell out fast so you may want to hurry.
The cookie pizza is made up of a chocolate chip cookie base and is topped with chocolate sauce, honeycomb, marshmallows and Maltesers.
The giant cookie has caused a lot of people to abandon their diets — and we can't blame them.
Taking to the Food Finds UK Facebook group, people were quick to ask about the item as they tagged their friends and family to pick up one for them.
One shopper joked: "I can taste the diabetes but worth it...what do you think?" as he tagged his friend.
