As of the Cost of Living crisis hits households across Northern Ireland, people are having to make changes and analyse their spending in order to make sure they are able to make it through each month.
Data published by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) says that one in four adults are in financial difficulty or believe they could be if an unexpected cash emergency arose.
The FCA has suggested that 7.8million people across the UK are finding it a heavy burden to keep up with their household bills, up from 5.3million in 2020.
