Cost of living: Cookbook launch helps more than 5,000 Derry tenants tackle rising costs

A new Cookbook has just been published to help Apex Housing Association tackle the cost of living crisis.

The book follows from the success of a unique cookery programme delivered in Derry and via Zoom over the last two years aimed at improving tenants’ mental health and alleviating concerns about the rising cost of food.

The Cook Along programme began in 2021 as a means of tackling social isolation and financial stress during the Covid-19 lockdown.
