A retired judge described as corrupt over leaks to the media during an inquiry into Bruce Lehrmann's rape prosecution has lost a bid to overturn this reputation-damaging finding.
Walter Sofronoff KC had challenged a March report by the ACT corruption watchdog which said the former judge engaged in serious corrupt conduct.
