A Coronation Street extra was reportedly fired for taking a selfie with Andi Peters on the set of the ITV soap.
Matthew Davidge has starred on the long-running soap for 36 years and claims he was fired when it was discovered he had taken a cheeky picture with TV presenter Andi, who was filming a Good Morning Britain competition on the cobbles.
The 54-year-old told The Sun he had “nipped to the loo” during filming on Friday when he spotted Andi, and decided to ask him to pose for a socially-distanced picture.
