Ellie Leach, who plays Faye Windass, is expected to leave the soap in dramatic scenes, with details being kept under wraps for now.

She joined the ITV soap - which airs on Virgin Media in Ireland - when she was just 10 years old and has had her fair share of notable storylines over the last 12 years.
