Coronation Street star Samia Longchambon didn't miss the coincidence when she headed to watch The Weeknd in Manchester. The megastar, aka Ethiopian-Canadian Abel Tesfaye, kicked off the UK leg of his After Hours Til Dawn tour at the Etihad Stadium on Saturday (June 10) and the actress was among the thousands in attendance.
The already hot temperatures were raised when The Weeknd hit the stage all in white with a silver mask and belted out a string of his popular hits.
After enjoying every minute of the show as it unfolded, Samia took to Instagram on Sunday (June 11) as she posed from the stands in a blue vest top and mini denim shorts. The soap star, known for playing Maria Windass in the ITV soap, kept her blonde locks down as they fell over her shoulders and she covered her eyes with a pair of stylish aviator shades.

"#lastnight @theweeknd was incredible... Best concert I’ve been to in years!" Samia beamed as she also shared a selfie alongside her husband Sylvain Longchambon, star of Dancing on Ice, who joined her to party the night away at the gig.
The mum-of-two then added: "Pretty cool to be at @theetihadstadium on the night that @mancity won the treble too!" before clarifying: "Total coincidence I wore blue but let’s pretend it was planned."
And fans were quick to comment. @jakebonner5972 said: "Lovely photos, looks like you enjoyed yourselves despite the intense heat we’ve had." @tracy_jut commented: "Fab photos." @ftd7617 replied: "Looking stunning Samia!!" @prinny1968 added: "Stunning sam hope u both had a good night."
The weekend before, Samia and Sylvain packed their bags and headed on a beach trip to Wales where they again managed to make the post of the sunshine.
Reminiscing about her previous busy weekend, Samia took to Instgaram with a selfie of herself and her other half as a fire burned in the background surrounded by camping chairs.
"#tb to last week cheersin’ to Friday with ‘big guns’ in Wales..." Samia cheekily penned referring to Sylvain's snapback hat which featured a red rectangle emblazoned with 'BIG GUNS' in white writing. "How is it Friday again already?! I swear the days go faster the older we get! Anyway.. have a great weekend whatever you have planned!"
