Coronation Street star Paddy Bever confessed to 'fanboying' over his co-star as she posted a string of 'pre-birthday snaps'. Channique Sterling-Brown took to Instagram with the gorgeous images as she prepared to celebrate her special day.
The actress, who joined the ITV soap last year as Dee-Dee Bailey, looked stunning as she slipped into a figure-hugging long-sleeved dress that boasted a swirling teal pattern. She had her luscious locks down flowing past her shoulders while she gripped onto an electric blue handbag.
Channique's post also featured a string of snaps of the birthday girl with her friends who presented her with a cake as they enjoyed dinner and drinks, with one venue of choice being Albert Schloss in Manchester city centre. The soap star was also seen beaming for the camera in more casual attire outside the Victoria Palace theatre in Manchester where Hamilton is currently wowing audiences.

"The best pre birthday celebrations! Can’t wait to be 21 again tomorrow," Channique captioned the post. And Paddy, who plays Max Turner in Corrie, was among the first to respond. He wrote in the comments section: "Just fanboying over u and the dress." While Faye Windass actress Ellie Leach said: "Oh she HOT hot."
And Channique's fans and followers were also keen to respond with compliments and their birthday wishes. @x_x__d.c__x_x said: "You look stunning hun @channiquesb." @johnneladderley wrote: "You look incredible babes." @rebecca.may.lane replied: "Ugh you look incredible." @danijgearing added: "You look gorgeous, bab. Big queen energy."
Channique joined Corrie in September and revealed to the Manchester Evening News at the time that her character is slightly close to home for her. "I just think I relate to her because I think I'm quite similar in that way... I'm really friendly, I'm really chatty, but when I'm in the zone, when I'm working hard, I'm there," she told us.
"Also, even the fact she's a lawyer. I was originally not going to do drama school, and I was going to train in law and I got a place at a law school. And last minute I pulled out and decided to pursue drama school. They said, 'come back to us when you've worked all that acting out your system!' And literally, here I am on the biggest soap in the country, playing this amazing solicitor."
