Dolly-Rose Campbell is mostly recognised from her role on hit soap Coronation Street, but she also has quite a life away from the spotlight.
The actress plays Gemma Winter and has taken on her fair share of big storylines including having quadruplets.
However, she was originally set to just be a temporary character on the programme but managed to convince bosses that she should stick around
Viewers instantly fell in love with the character and she's not been there since 2016, starting our by playing Kylie Platt's best friend.
But, it seems that Dolly-Rose lives a quieter life when she isn't filming the ITV show.
Finding fame -
Dolly-Rose found fame through her regular appearances in Corrie, but this isn't the only soap she starred in.
It was in 2010 when Dolly-Rose landed her first TV role in Doctors where she played the one-off character of Sasha Dyson.
However, it wasn't for another four years that she got her part in Coronation Street after auditioning to play ex-convict Gemma.
Before acting Dolly-Rose worked as a bartender.
Relationships
Dolly-Rose tends to keep her love live private.
However, she does talk about being an ambassador for Manchester Pride, saying the festival helped her to come out as bisexual.
Speaking to Metro, Dolly-Rose said: "I have always been supported by my friends and family – for people who are struggling, I would always say people who mind don't matter, people who matter don't mind."
When asked how she celebrates Pride each year, she went on: "I'm an ambassador for Manchester Pride so usually I am out celebrating and raising awareness with the charity.
"It's a time for friends and family and to enjoy the part and culture of all aspects of LGBTQ+ cutlure which we all enjoy."
Home life
Despite dedicating much of her life to acting, Dolly-Rose also has a number of hobbies away from the screen.
She is a keen knitter and is often seen doing this while on set.
She also explained that she likes to chill out and spend time with her dog at home.
Comparing herself to her character of Gemma Winter, she said: "We have a very different dress sense and I like to spend time chilling out with my dog!"
