Coronation Street fans know some Weatherfield residents' homes like the backs of their hands.
Many of the iconic flats and houses have been the location for some dramatic storylines, bombshells and even devastating fires. But the inside of Carla Connor and Peter Barlow's apartment has never before been seen, until now.
Coronation Street posted a number of snaps on its official Instagram account on Tuesday. The post was captioned: "Here it is, Carla and Peter's flat! We're obsessed #Corrie"

Photos showed a modern flat with tasteful decor. There were plenty of feminine furnishings, and ornaments, as well as a framed photo of the pair.
The open-plan kitchen area leads to a dining room big enough for four people, and next to that is the living area. There's a semi circle sofa, with a matching chair around a small coffee table. And while many viewers say the place looks great, some have spotted a glaring error with the positioning of the chair.
One image shows the chair is directly in front of the TV, with the dining table behind it. Commenting on the Instagram post, Carole said: "Love it...but really want to move that chair in front of the TV".
Deb said: "The chair is in the way of the TV!" Jamie said: "That TV is very poorly placed" and Gary said: "Who puts a chair in front of the TV sideways?"
