Corn Back to Steady Trade on Tuesday

CmdtyView NASS NASS Crop Progress United States

Corn futures are trading with contracts steady to fractionally lower on Tuesday. The CmdtyView national average Cash Corn price is down 1/2 cent at $4.78 1/2.

The Monday NASS Crop Progress report showed 72% of the US corn crop listed as mature as of September 27, with harvest at 18% complete and now matching average pace. Condition ratings were steady this week at 57% in good to excellent condition, as the Brugler500 index unchanged at 347.
