Cork Con star George Coomber had a moment to remember this weekend when he nailed a monster penalty from his own 10-metre line.
Coomber stitched the unbelievable kick in last weekend's Energia AIL game against Ballynahinch Rugby Club.
With a penalty given away by Ballynahinch on the Cork-Con 10-metre line, Coomber lined up the kick from over 60 metres. To make the kick even more difficult, Coomber's kick was near the touchline, adding even more distance to the kick.

The official Irish Rugby Twitter account posted the kick along with the caption,"There are long-range penalties, really long-range penalties and then there's *this* from @CorkConRugbyFC's George Coomber who landed this penalty from the car park against @HinchRFC in the #EnergiaAIL this weekend."
With a strong breeze behind him, Coomber struck it with all his might and saw the ball sail over the crossbar. The penalty stretched Cork Con's lead to 13 points, with the Cork side hanging on for a 20-13 victory.
Not only did Coomber make the kick, but he had some distance to spare.
What an absolutely stunning strike.
