Police have released two images of a woman wanted on suspicion of multiple thefts. Officers say Megan Barnes is known to wear wigs and that she frequents Hyde, Stockport and Glossop.
The 27-year-old is also said to have a 'distinctive walk' and regularly uses buses to get around. Greater Manchester Police (GMP) asked anyone who has seen Barnes to tell police and also appealed for her to hand herself in.
Sharing an appeal on the GMP Tameside Facebook page, a spokesman wrote: Megan Joanne Barnes, date of birth 17/10/1994, is WANTED for multiple offences of THEFT and has been circulated on the Police National Computer. Every effort is being made to locate BARNES.
