Cooper Noriega dead: TikTok star found dead in car park aged 19 after eerie final post

TikTok star Cooper Noriega has been found dead in a Los Angeles car park after an eerie final post about dying young.

The social media star was just 19.

TMZ has reported that police received an emergency call on Thursday from someone who found the influencer unresponsive.

The discovery came just hours after Cooper has posted a video of himself lying in a bed.

He had captioned the post: "'Who else b thinking they gon die young af.'

According to the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner's office, the teen's death is currently under investigation.

Sources reportedly told TMZ that Cooper had no signs of trauma to his body and he was not found inside a vehicle.

Cooper mainly posted about fashion, comedy and skateboarding and his vlogs and helped him amass 1.77 million followers.

On Instagram, his bio listed him as a fashion model, and he had 427,000 followers on that platform.

Only last week, Cooper was a guest on the Barstool's BFF's podcast with Dave Portnoy, Josh Richards and Bri Chickenfry.

The influencer also said that he had launched a Discord group for the discussion of mental health issues.

Cooper wrote: "I've been struggling with addiction since I was 9 years old, you may think that's crazy but that's the life I've been dealt.

"I would like to use the influence I've been given to create a space built on spreading awareness and normalising talking about mental illness."

The teen said that his dream would be to open a rehab facility so that others who had struggled like him had a place to get treatment.

He continued: "One of the many things I've learned while struggling with addiction was that surrounding yourself with negative people will only bring you down

"For that reason, Discord is meant to bring us all together and create a safe space where people can vent and help others through their tough times."

In 2020, Cooper shared with with fans that he had suffered an "overdose/suicide attempt".

In January 2021 there was better news as the influencer celebrated 90 days sober and told followers that he was committed to staying clean.
