The award-winning chef Mark Hix will cook in prison next month after teaming up with a charity that works to rehabilitate inmates.
Hix, an author, broadcaster, and stalwart of London’s dining scene, has partnered with the Clink Charity to host a one-off dinner at HMP Brixton.
