Convicted teacher Brooke Anderson faces a new legal battle in Hillsborough County, Florida, where the former Riverview High School science teacher is being sued by the former student she sexually abused, with the plaintiff alleging in court papers that her 'heinous sex acts' shattered his faith in God and left him with permanent psychological damage.

Anderson, 28, is already serving a 30-month sentence after pleading guilty to three counts of unlawful sexual activity with a minor.
