Construction Testing Solutions has carried out another acquisition by buying Concept Engineering Consultants. Leicester-based Construction Testing Solutions provides geotechnical consulting, construction materials testing and surveying and monitoring services.
Concept Engineering Consultants, which is based in Coventry and London, specialises in geotechnical, structural and geo-environmental services.
This is the eighth deal by Construction Testing Solutions since taking on investment from private equity house Palatine in 2018.
Chief executive Phil Coles said: "A fantastic track record of over 25 years in the sector as a highly respected site investigation business as well as geotechnical consultancy and provider of superb coring and drilling capabilities, Concept is a strong addition to our growing portfolio of services.
"I am delighted that Concept Engineering Consultants will become part of the group and look forward to working with the management team to continue to grow the business.
"This latest acquisition complements the previous deals announced over the last two years as we continue to grow and develop a strong team with the skills and knowledge to deliver a quality and trusted service to our customers."
