MUMBAI: Granting relief to a visually impaired physiotherapy student to pursue her graduation, Bombay high court said, "our collective endeavour as a society and particularly that of the State Government has to be a constant effort to find ways to assist those most in need of assistance; and never to say that nothing can be done."
The HC directed the admission of the student, an 18 year-old with 40 percent disability, for physiotherapy course at Nair hospital and her continued study is not to be interrupted nor to be cancelled only on the ground of a low vision impairment.
