Conor McGregor has been told he would be submitted by Islam Makhachev inside the first round should they ever clash in the cage.

McGregor is currently champing at the bit to return to the UFC lightweight title picture as he recovers from a broken leg.

During his absence, Makhachev extended his unbeaten run to 10 fights with a first-round stoppage of Bobby Green.
