Conor McGregor has slammed YouTube star True Geordie, branding the Brit "Mr Oestrogen" and claiming that he looks like he was "scalded with a kettle".
The Irishman has been on an afternoon tirade on social media, first taking aim at fellow UFC fighter Matt Brown before sending and quickly deleting a voice note to the social media star, whose real name is Brian Davis. McGregor let rip a flow of insults towards Geordie after the YouTuber raised concerns over his recent interviews during a day of media at The Black Forge Inn.
True Geordie had appeared prominently in McGregor's recent Netflix documentary, with his talking heads often appearing on screen during montages. But it appears that the relationship has soured after his mocking comments in a recent video entitled " Conor McGregor ’s WORRYING Interviews…"
"Mr Oestrogen, what's happening?" McGregor asked in an aggressive voice note, publicly available on Twitter. "Fat f***ing b**** t**s. Who the f*** are you? You little burns victim looking thing? F*** me, man. Who scalded you with a kettle you fat f***? You fat nobody.
"You little feminine p**** of a thing, I f*** p****, yeah? Keep my name out your mouth you stupid c***, I'm sick of seeing your fat burned face, scaldy, fat oestrogen head. Oh my god, you can't understand what I'm saying can you not, pal? You've got subtitles under the f***ing thing saying exactly what I'm saying. So what are you saying you little fat no name?"
Davis was expressing his concern after a sit-down interview that McGregor did with Ariel Helwani during his recent trip home to Dublin for Katie Taylor's fight with Chantelle Cameron. He was one of many viewers who noted that the Irishman appeared to be very animated, and joked about him appearing incoherent at times.
He then analysed a brief clip from a media scrum on the same day that the Irishman underwent with a number of media outlets including Mirror Fighting . The YouTuber claimed that other fighters are "not living like" McGregor, and declared that he was "off his face" from when he wakes up.
"You're f***ing not taking it seriously," Davis said. "You're not living the life and this is after years of inactivity, after a major, arguably career-ending injury and you're behaving like this on the run up to another fight against a killer in Michael Chandler. If you've ever wanted to put all your money on a fighter, it's Michael Chandler right now.
"Because everything you're seeing from Conor McGregor is a guy who looks out of shape, who looks bloated, and that's coming from me, I know. Compared to Conor normally who's chiselled and diced, he doesn't look like he's taking this fight seriously at all. Some people might pick on what I'm saying here and go I'm being harsh 'oh he's just having a good time, just enjoying himself'.
"Conor's always loved a good time but I've never seen him this bad, we've seen athletes before who've gone down that road and when they're chasing the thrill of the crowd and the adulation, no one enjoyed it more than Conor McGregor."
