Conor McGregor reacts to video of Nate Diaz choking man unconscious in street fight

Conor McGregor has reacted to a video that appears to show Nate Diaz choking a man unconscious in a street fight.

The video shows what appears to be a fracas between a group of people on a street outside a bar.

Diaz and the man begin grappling with each other before the UFC legend secures a front headlock choke on the man.

Diaz holds onto the man for a number of seconds, before letting go. As he is released, the man crumples to the floor and appears to be unconscious.

The video has gone viral on social media and has over 2.2 million views at the time of writing.

Reacting to the clip, McGregor posted three tweets in relation to the video. The first is simply a string of laughing face emojis, while the second reads "Lovely little knee to the body hahahaa."

McGregor tweeted about the incident for a third time shortly after, writing "Hahaha Nate on a rampage tonight! Let’s go Nate! Hahaha."

The incident occurred shortly after the latest Misfits Boxing event in New Orleans last night.

While the event was taking place, Diaz caused a storm when he hurled a water bottle at reality star Chase DeMoor, causing a ringside scuffle which had to be broken up by security guards.

Diaz is scheduled to return to action later this year when he squares off with Jake Paul in his professional boxing debut.

The MMA legend last fought for the UFC in September 2022, where he defeated Tony Ferguson.
