Conor McGregor has gone beardless for the first time in years as the UFC star posted himself dressed up for Halloween.
The former two-weight UFC champion went all-in for this year's spooky season, shaving off his entire beard to dress up as Frank Abagnale from the film Catch Me If You Can. Pictured with his fiancee Dee Devlin and their three children, McGregor wrote: "The sky is the limit, come fly with me".
McGregor has sported a beard for virtually of his UFC fights, but shaved it off to match the character of Abagnale in the iconic 2002 film. Fans have since joked the Irishman looks unrecognisable since going beardless, with one user quoting McGregor's own catchphrase by commenting: "Who the f*** is that guy hahahah who the f*** is that".

"You look hilariously funny without a beard. Looking like a Disney movie train rider," another comment read. "Damn this man really shaved the beard for a costume," a third user added. "You look like a movie star without the beard," another pointed out to McGregor, who recently completed filming for his Hollywood debut as he will appear in the remake of Road House next year.
McGregor joked that he has bulked up to the UFC heavyweight limit in a recent Instagram Q&A, as a fan asked how much he weighs with McGregor responding: "I don't know mate but I am big. I'd say about 265lb in the bank." The Irishman continued the joke on his Twitter account posting the clip of his weight update, with the caption: "Super heavy in the bank."
Since breaking his leg against Dustin Poirier in their trilogy fight last July, McGregor has piled on a lot of muscle having been limited to upper body training. McGregor is currently not enrolled in the United States Anti-Doping Agency drug testing pool, which all UFC fighters are required to be part of to compete. It means that he will have to submit random tests for a minimum of six-months before is he eligible to fight again, pushing his return date back to next May at the earliest.
McGregor has vowed to return at 170lb in his comeback fight despite his past two fights taking place at 155lb in the promotion. 'Notorious' suffered defeat to Poirier twice last year at the weight class, but will move back up to welterweight for the first time in three years having defeated Donald Cerrone in just 40-seconds in his last 170lb fight.
