Conor McGregor has congratulated Ian Garry after the Dubliner secured his latest UFC victory.
Garry is the most high-profile Irish fighter to enter the organisation since McGregor and improved his 100 per cent record.
The Portmarnock man took on Daniel Rodriguez in North Carolina on Saturday night and was victorious by way of a first round TKO.
Taking to social media, McGregor said: "Ian Garry. Another one! #CantStopDestiny"
And he followed it up by saying: "When you call your shot and hit it, that’s special. The Shot Caller Club has a new entry, Ireland’s Ian “The Future” Garry! #NotAScratch"
The victory means Garry now boasts a 12-0 record and will likely fight a ranked fighter next.
And the Dubliner will more than likely feature on the undercard of McGregor's UFC return later this year.
