Congress' Jairam Ramesh slams Modi govt of '4C Policy' towards China, raises concerns over Great Nicobar project

New Delhi: The Congress on Wednesday targeted the Modi government over its approach towards Beijing and accused it of pursuing a "4C policy of continued, calibrated capitulation to China".

Congress general secretary in-charge communications Jairam Ramesh also raised the issue of the Great Nicobar project to attack the government.
