Concern growing for missing Scots teen last seen in Aberdeen two days ago

An urgent search has been launched for a missing Scots teen who was last seen two days ago.

John-Paul Cruden was reported missing from the Airdrie area on Monday and was last seen on Tuesday morning in the Maberly Street area of Aberdeen.

Officers are becoming 'increasingly concerned' for the 14-year-old's welfare.

John-Paul is described as being 5 foot 4 inches tall, with short fair/blonde hair.

When he was last seen he was wearing grey jogging bottoms and black and white trainers.

Sergeant Kevin Ross of Bucksburn Police Station, Aberdeen said: “We are becoming increasingly concerned for John-Paul’s wellbeing and just want to ensure that he is safe and well.

“If anyone has seen John-Paul or has any information that may help us trace him, please contact us on 101 quoting incident number 3634 of 18 April.”
