The companies behind a landmark four-star hotel that was recently put up for sale have entered administration.
Both Waterfront Southport Properties Ltd and Waterfront Hotels (Southport) Ltd have appointed Paul Davies and Sandra Mundy of advisory firm James Cowper Kreston to manage the process, according to notices filed with The Gazette.
The businesses are behind Bliss Hotel in Southport which was put on the market at the end of September. BusinessLive has been told that the hotel remains open.
