The Commanders suffered a disappointing loss in Week 7 against the Giants, and defensive tackle Jonathan Allen wasn’t happy in the aftermath.
Speaking to reporters after the game, Allen offered some harsh criticism of Washington’s performance against their division rivals, sounding off in an expletive-filled rant.
“They whooped our a--, plain and simple. Got to be better,” said Allen, who said the team had a lack of focus and attention to detail.
“F--- yes it does. I’m f---ing tired of this s---. I’m f---ing tired of this bulls---. It’s been seven f---ing years of the same s---,” said Allen, via JP Finlay of NBC Sports.
You can watch the interview below, but as you can tell there are lots of bad words in this video:

The Commanders fell to 3-4 on the season following Sunday’s loss to the Giants. After starting the season 2-0, the team has since lost four of its last five games.
Allen, who registered three tackles and one tackle for loss on Sunday, expressed his frustrations about the franchise’s overall lack of improvement during his seven-year career.
The two-time Pro Bowler has spent his entire career with Washington, featuring in 92 games for the team. He’s made just one playoff appearance during that span.
When asked what he can do to help improve the team’s situation, Allen replied, “Get our minds right and get ready to play f---ing Philadelphia.”
