Comic-Con 2026 Best Dressed: Rebecca Romijn, Jessica Biel, Jenna Dewan, Jennifer Connelly and More

San Diego Comic-Con has spent decades belonging to costumes and studio swag, but its press lines have quietly become one of the more interesting stops on the celebrity style circuit. Between July 23 and 25, the actresses moving through panels and photo calls for their respective projects showed up in clothes built for cameras and convention-center lighting alike: tailored, considered, and distinct from the branded merchandise around them. Taken together, the week's strongest looks trace a handful of real style directions rather than a single trend, from utility-driven dressing to footwear doing the heaviest visual lifting.

Rebecca Romijn set the tone for polished utility with an olive-toned jumpsuit, per Hello Magazine's report: a halter neckline dipping into a keyhole cutout at the chest, a fitted waist and wide-leg trousers below. Metallic platform sandals and gold jewelry pushed the look toward evening wear, with long, loose waves finishing the styling. The single-garment jumpsuit format reads as a clean, considered shape for a press line, and the olive tone keeps it from reading like a typical convention outfit.

Jessica Biel coordinated denim on denim: a sleeveless top with cutout detailing at the waist, per Hello Magazine, worn with matching wide-leg jeans, pointed nude shoes and soft, center-parted waves. Matching the top and bottom in tone rather than mixing washes is what keeps the pairing from reading as accidental.

Jenna Dewan, also per Hello Magazine, chose an all-black ensemble built around a fitted, halterneck waistcoat and a coordinating mini skirt, finished with knee-high pointed boots, glossy brunette hair and minimal makeup. It's a compact example of updated tailoring — a recognizable menswear-adjacent piece reworked into something more fitted and body-conscious.

Keke Palmer brought a related idea to the Lucas Museum of Narrative Art panel on July 23, in a charcoal suit with subtle white pinstripes: a single-breasted blazer with padded shoulders over a cropped vest with a plunging neckline in place of a shirt, low-rise trousers, pointed white heels and layered chain necklaces. Entertainment Now reported the suit's construction and the Lucas Museum panel context; the pairing of a conservative pinstripe fabric with a much less conservative neckline is what gave the look its edge on a stage full of more casual attendees.

Jennifer Connelly closed out the week's most photographed appearances at the Dark Matter Season 2 press line on July 25 in a head-to-toe Louis Vuitton look: a black, fitted Contrast Ruffle Trim Dress finished with a single contrasting-ruffle detail, black Louis Vuitton Fall/Winter 2026 heels, and gold Empreinte hoop earrings.

Across the week, the common note wasn't a single trend but a shared approach: pieces built to photograph cleanly on a press line, dressed with the same intention celebrities bring to a red carpet.
