Colts tight end Kylen Granson may have set a new standard for commemorating first career NFL touchdowns.
The third-year player earned his first score on a four-yard reception from Gardner Minshew in the team’s 31–20 Week 2 win over the Texans. Typically, the football from a career milestone play is taken away as a keepsake for a player. From there, maybe the ball goes on display for family and friends to see.
But Granson had something much more fun in mind, while noting his first professional touchdown and sharing the celebration with fans on social media. The tight end arranged a photo shoot with him swaddling the football in a blanket like a baby and posing with his prize in a serene outdoor setting.

What a lovely moment for Granson to share with his partner and loyal fans. All the photos can be seen on Instagram. Those pictures should look great around the household. Up next might be a crib and play mat for that special football.
