Supermarket giant raked over coals for shedding jobs

Hundreds of Coles workers face redundancy and offshoring in a move a union says turns its back on the people responsible for the company's success.

Coles confirmed on Friday "several hundreds" of back-office roles would be made redundant, redeployed or workers retrained in a multi-year deal with professional services outfit Accenture.
