Coleraine suspected pipe bomb attack on home slammed as 'reckless' by PSNI

PSNI Coleraine Derry

The PSNI are currently investigating a "reckless attack" involving a suspected petrol bomb on a home in Co Derry.

Though there were no injuries, police say attacks such as these "could potentially endanger life" and are investigating a possible link with other incidents in the area.

Officers received a report shortly after 1.20am this morning, Monday August 22, that a suspected petrol bomb had been thrown at the front of a property in the Loughanhill Park area of Coleraine.
