Coffee Recovers Early Losses on Brazilian Real Strength

Sep arabica coffee (KCU23) this morning is up +1.55 (+0.96%), and Sep ICE robusta coffee (RMU23) is up +12 (+0.46%).

Coffee prices this morning shook off early losses and are moderately higher.  Strength in the Brazilian real sparked short covering in coffee futures.  The real (^USDBRL) is up +0.41% today, just below Tuesday's 13-1/2 month high.  A stronger real discourages export selling from Brazil's coffee producers.
