Coffee Prices Soar on Concerns About Global Coffee Production

Ice NOV Brazil USDA Vietnam Cecafe the International Coffee Organization

December arabica coffee (KCZ24) today is up +8.80 (+3.53%), and November ICE robusta coffee (RMX24) is up +162 (+3.21%).

Coffee prices today are sharply higher, with Dec arabica and Nov robusta posting contract highs, while nearest-futures (U24) robusta soared to a record high.  Adverse global weather events that could curb coffee production have prompted fund buying of coffee futures.
