Coffee Prices Plunge on Long Liquidation Pressures

May arabica coffee (KCK24) on Thursday closed down -8.10 (-3.27%), and May ICE robusta coffee (RMK24) closed down -153 (-3.61%).

Coffee prices on Thursday gave up an early advance and sold off sharply after a stronger dollar sparked long liquidation in coffee futures following this week's sharp rally.
