Coffee Prices Higher on Forecasts for Hot and Dry Brazilian Weather

Dec arabica coffee (KCZ23) today is up +0.60 (+0.38%), and Nov ICE robusta coffee (RMX23) is up +35 (+1.37%).

Coffee prices are higher today on forecasts for hot and dry weather this week in Brazil's central and southeast areas.  Also, strength in the Brazilian real (^USDBRL) is bullish for coffee prices as the real today edged to a new 3-week week high against the dollar.  A stronger real discourages export selling from Brazil's coffee producers.
