Coffee Prices Close Lower as Rain Boosts Crop Prospects in Brazil

December arabica coffee (KCZ24) Tuesday closed down -6.10 (-2.26%), and November ICE robusta coffee (RMX24) closed down -53 (-0.96%).

Coffee prices fell on Tuesday, with arabica falling to a 1-week low.  The Commodity Weather Group said Tuesday that showers in Brazil have improved soil moisture levels and supported coffee tree flowering, which improved Brazil's coffee crop prospects.
