Coffee giant Starbucks are set to open in Ayrshire once again.
The world's largest coffee chain firm is poised to open inside a major supermarket.
Shoppers at Sainsbury's in Prestwick will be able to tuck into a barista treat after buying their groceries.
The branch will be the only one in Ayrshire after the Prestwick Airport location was closed.
The iconic coffee merchant is gearing up to open soon inside the South Ayrshire store, although no firm opening date has been given.
The closest Starbucks for Ayrshire foodies currently is at Silverburn with much of the region is dominated by rivals Costa Coffee. Ayr, however, boasts a Tim Hortons and a Cafe Nero.
Eagle-eyed customers have already noticed signs going up as the coffee house gets set for the former café.
And the hunt for staff is well underway with advertised positions for a barista at the new outlet appearing on job sites a few weeks ago.
It is another addition to the store which has saw the opening of an Argos, furniture shop Habitat as well as in-house clothing brand TU set up shop.
Sainsbury's announced this year plans to close 200-in store cafes as part of a shake up, with 30 Starbucks in place of them.

Ayrshire Live has gotten a first look at what customers can expect, with the Starbucks appearing to be close to opening its doors.
A spokesperson for Starbucks said: "We look forward to bringing the Starbucks Experience to more customers in Prestwick in the near future and will be in touch with more details soon”
