The Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) has announced a nationwide membership drive through its website, inviting students, young professionals and citizens to join the movement and strengthen its voice. CJP founder Abhijeet Dipke said the organisation would focus on taking up issues such as unemployment, fees in private schools, improving government schools and the growing loss of trust in institutions.
CJP also announced ‘Kya Bolti Public’ campaign- planned for September, where they plan to travel across states, engage directly with citizens and work at the grassroots level on issues such as unemployment and education, with the aim of changing the political discourse as its next course of action after a two-day strategy meeting in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar.
