Co Tyrone man appointed new head chef Lough Erne Resort

A Co Tyrone chef is to take over as the head chef of the five-star Lough Erne Resort in Co Fermanagh.

Stephen Holland from Dungannon will take over from the current boss of the kitchen in the Enniskillen resort, Noel McMeel, who had been there for 15 years.

Stephen started his impressive culinary journey as an ambitious 13-year-old who secured his first paid job as a porter in a local hotel in Dungannon. As he explains it was there, that he got a taste for life as a chef.
