New Delhi: The Rouse Avenue Court on Thursday extended the ED remand of CM Arvind Kejriwal till April 1.
After hearing the arguements of both the sides, the learned Court had reserved the verdict.
ED had sought seven days' remand of Kejriwal but the Court granted custody till April 1.

During the hearing, Kejriwal's wife Sunita Kejriwal was also there in the court.
Kejriwal, while presenting his side in the court, termed all the allegations against him as baseless. He said there was no basis for his arrest. He called it a political matter and said that it was a conspiracy to destroy his Aam Aadmi Party, reports Dynamite News correspondent.

Before appearing in the court, Kejriwal, while answering media questions, said that Delhi's alleged liquor scam is a political conspiracy and the public will answer to it.
