Two clubbers claim they were refused entry into an English nightclub for "being Welsh. An investigation has been launched by the nightclub. following the incident in Essex.
Jonathan Lloyd and a friend had attended a football match between Wrexham and Southend United in Southend-on-Sea. when they decided to head to MooMoo Clubrooms on the recommendation of locals. It was alleged that a doorman barred their entry on account of their nationality.
"The doorman, who heard our conversation asked 'are you Welsh?' to which we replied yes. The doorman then told us we weren't allowed in," Jonathan claimed. Both men were surprised at the policy, as they weren't wearing football shirts and were smartly dressed, North Wales Live reported.
