NEW DELHI: Delhi Jal Board (DJB) vice-chairman Saurabh Bharadwaj on Monday emphasised on the expansion of sewage system in the city, which is crucial to a clean the Yamuna.
Chief minister Arvind Kejriwal has promised to clean the river in the next three years. The laying of sewer lines in all 1,799 unauthorised colonies should be sped up, Bharadwaj said at a weekly review meeting.
