A pub stayed classy after being pilloried online by a customer upset at having to wait 15 minutes to pick up a carvery. The reviewer dished out a one-star review on Google despite glowing recommendations from many other diners.
The customer - identified as Nikki online - was unhappy after she had to wait for her carvery at The White Swan, Birmikngham, having already ordered ahead to collect. The White Swan, which has a rating of 3.8 based on 1,170 independent reviews on Google, responded with just five simple words, reports Birmingham Live.
Nikki started her Google review by saying: "Carvery collection - don't bother." Her review in full added: "Shocking service. Ordered a carvery for collection which by definition should mean you show up at the collection time and ‘collect’ your order.
