The Delhi Traffic Police has issued an advisory listing the roads, junctions and areas commuters should steer clear of, as the Cockroach Janata Party (CJP) presses ahead with a planned march to Parliament on July 20, one for which, police say, no formal permission has been sought. Barricades, vehicle checks and rolling road closures are expected to slow traffic across several parts of the city through the day.
