Huge new skyscrapers coming to the city centre are one step closer to becoming reality.
New planning documents show the scale of new towers to be built in the Greengate area of Salford, on the border with Manchester. The latest plans have been released by developer Renaker.
The designs illustrate how 518 apartments will be squeezed into the 1.3 acre site, which will also contain a residents’ gym, lounge, co-working space, and rooftop courtyard. The newly submitted proposals show a reduction in the size of a secondary building.
