How can I get free shipping at Citizen?
You can get free standard shipping on every order at Citizen. Simply add your items, go to the checkout, and your free shipping should automatically be applied. Your order should arrive within 2 working days. If you’re looking for more speedy shipping, overnight shipping costs $30.
Does Citizen have an email or loyalty program?
Whilst Citizen does not have a points-based loyalty program, it does have an email subscriber discount. Sign up for the Citizen email newsletter and you’ll get 10% off your first purchase, and updates on any exclusive promotions or sales.
Does Citizen have a watch warranty?
Yes, at Citizen, all watches purchased directly from the website have a 5-year warranty. This includes newer ‘eco-drive’ models. For more details, you can read the warranty policy.
Does Citizen do price adjustments?
Yes, Citizen has a price match policy. You will have 14 days from your purchase date to ask for a price match. To qualify, your watch must be the exact same watch for less at an authorised retailer. Any outlet watches or promotional offers will not be discounted.
