We were hoping for big things, and the Game Awards delivered. During the ceremony, the first trailer for the heavily teased new CD Projekt Red game The Witcher 4 was released, showing a juicy six minute snapshot into what we can start to get excited about.
The main takeaway? Ciri is being lined up as the game’s protagonist – Ciri, of course, being the adoptive daughter of the monster-hunter Geralt, the hero of the first three games.
